The Collegio San Carlo, one of the most important educational institutions, with a view to sustainability and wellbeing for its students and school staff, has started a collaboration with Airlite to purify the air inside its classrooms and common areas.
This initiative is part of a broader commitment by the Institute to promote green, eco-sustainable initiatives, demonstrating its awareness of the strong link between learning ability and psychophysical health.
Garage Custom Italia is the creative hub inaugurated by Lapo Elkann with architect Michele De Lucchi, who redeveloped the former Agip Cortemaggiore station in Piazzale Accursio in Milan. A venue with 1950s architecture measuring 1700 square metres distributed over two above-ground floors and a basement, reborn thanks to meticulous restoration work carried out under the banner of eco-sustainability. Airlite, with its innovative anti-pollution mineral technology, was chosen for the exterior finish of this extraordinary project.
Life Edited is an architectural firm founded by the famous American designer Graham Hill. It specialises in sustainable living spaces and adopts state-of-the-art design principles and methods. In the Hawaii – Maui architecture project, Airlite was used to paint a luxurious 1,000 sqm flat in a very humid environment, helping to make it healthy and reduce cooling costs in the hot summer season. This collaboration has promoted multiple values the two have in common, such as health, ecology, energy saving and comfort.
From the recovery of a former production area of about 11,000 square metres in the vicinity of Treviso, three class A residential buildings have been constructed, based on a design by architect Stefano Boeri. The primary objective of the project is to maximise the surface area dedicated to greenery and to guarantee a high quality of life. To emphasise the choice of sustainability and the protection of health and well-being, Airlite technology has been applied to every built surface, both inside and outside.
